  1. Respect for Professionals and Clients: We pride ourselves on a respectful and supportive atmosphere. Please treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy and kindness during your visit.

  2. No Animals Allowed: For health and safety reasons, animals are not permitted in the spa, except for service animals as defined by the ADA.

  3. Age Policy: To maintain a safe and tranquil environment, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa. This policy is in place to ensure their safety around our equipment and to preserve a restful ambiance for all clients.

  4. Quiet Environment: To enhance the relaxation and experience of all clients, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. Please silence mobile devices upon entering.

  5. Personal Belongings: While we provide secure areas for your belongings, we encourage you to bring only essentials. L’essence Beauty & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  6. Health and Safety: For your safety and the safety of others, please inform our staff of any health conditions or concerns prior to receiving treatments. L’essence Beauty & Spa is not responsible for any reactions

  7. No Smoking Policy: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the spa to ensure a clean and fresh atmosphere.

  8. Alcohol and Substance Policy: Clients under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be served and may be asked to leave for the safety and comfort of others.

    1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service to ensure that subsequent clients are not delayed.

    2. Appropriate Attire: We request that clients wear appropriate attire in all common areas of the spa. Robes and slippers are provided for treatments as needed.

    3. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other clients. Conversations and treatments are confidential; please refrain from discussing or inquiring about others’ treatments unless they are comfortable.

    4. Hygiene Standards: For the comfort and health of all clients, we maintain high hygiene standards. Clients are expected to uphold personal cleanliness before undergoing any spa treatments.

    5. Photography and Recording: To ensure the privacy and relaxation of all guests, photography, video recording, and live streaming of other guests or professionals are prohibited within the spa premises unless authorized.

    6. Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa. Complimentary refreshments may be provided for your enjoyment in designated areas.

    7. Feedback and Suggestions: We welcome your feedback and suggestions. Please share your thoughts with our staff or through our feedback forms so we can continue to enhance your experience.

    8. Compliance with Staff Instructions: For your safety and well-being, please adhere to any instructions or recommendations given by our staff during your visit.

    9. Spa Property Respect: Please handle spa property and equipment with care. Clients may be liable for any damage or misuse of spa facilities.

    10. Cancellations: We value your time and ours. For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and serve all clients effectively. Late cancellations or changes will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.     11. Client Privacy: At L’essence Beauty & Spa, we uphold the strictest confidentiality standards. All client information, including personal details and treatment records, is kept private and secure. Unless authorized by the client to publish pictures or videos on social media and other channels.
    12. Discretion in Treatment: We ensure discretion in all treatments and services. Discussions and consultations are confidential and conducted in private settings.
    13. Accurate Information: Providing accurate and complete information about your health, allergies, and any medications is crucial for your safety and the effectiveness of our treatments.

    14. Honesty in Consultations: We rely on your honesty during consultations to tailor treatments effectively. Misrepresentation or withholding key health information can impact treatment outcomes and safety.

    7. Strict No Refund Policy: All services provided at L’essence Beauty & Spa are non-refundable. We stand by the expertise of our therapists and the quality of our treatments.

    8. Limited Compensation Window: Should you have any concerns or issues with the service received, please report them to the front desk within 30 minutes of entering the spa. We will consider appropriate measures to address your concerns promptly.

    9. No Compensation Post-Treatment: Once a treatment is completed, we do not offer refunds or any form of compensation. We encourage clients to communicate any discomfort or concerns during the treatment, not after its completion.

    10. Emergency or Discomfort Protocol: In the event of an emergency or if you experience discomfort during a treatment, please inform the therapist immediately and alert the front desk. We prioritize your safety and comfort, and this allows us to address the situation promptly.

    11. Right to Refuse Service: L’essence Beauty & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This decision is made at our discretion to maintain a safe, respectful, and harmonious environment for our clients and staff.

    12. Client Cooperation: We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding our no refund policy. This policy is in place to honor the hard work and time invested by our therapists in providing each treatment.
